08-19-10 Thursday Week 81

Pull up.

Decided to take it easy today. Garage Gym's Survival of the Fittest Competition is just 2 days away. The gym is doing GI Jane but competitors are tapering and doing half reps and some sprints. I'm even leaving out the sprints because my left knee and right foot are bothering me...

50 Burpee pullups for time.

Time -- 5:12

50 reps.. not horrible. If I had had to do 100 it would have been super nasty. I will rest tomorrow and hope to be a little fresher by Saturday.
