CrossFit Games 2010, 95 lb snatch


Shoulder is still bothering me - been doing my exercises religiously, though. I'm hoping this is going to work because I've tried everything else.

3 min AMRAP:
5 Squat Cleans 105 lbs
10 Situps
Rest 1 minute.
3 min AMRAP:
4 Push Jerk 105 lbs
8 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute.
3 min AMRAP:
3 Snatches 95 lbs
6 Pullups
Rest 1 minute.
Repeat.

Total Reps - 251

Should have been able to do more. The jerks were really difficult because of shoulder pain. Squats felt solid, which is good.
