Decided to leave out the lift today. We are competing this weekend and my back is still a little bit pissed off. Was excited to do today's wod as I've done it before and b. it's ohs's and double-unders -- two of my faves!
Training Log 7PM From 2010 CrossFit Games Northwest Regional Qualifier 3 rounds for time: 10 Overhead Squats 95 lbs 50 Double Unders
Time -- 3:37 (28 second PR!! from 4:05 on June 16, '10 !!!)
Felt good -- used a new rope and it tripped me up a couple of times so I think I can get this number down even more. Extremely pleased with this!
