08-09-10 Monday Week 80

Was going to rest today but the workout just looked too fun and I couldn't resist. I'd like to thank Shu and Syed for keeping me company and being such a devoted audience & cheering section.

60 Double Unders
30 Clusters (clean+thruster) 75 lbs
60 Box Jumps 20″
30 Ring Dips
60 Jumping Pullups
30 Overhead Squats 75 lbs

Time -- 14:30

That was way more fun than yesterday. Time to put some lifting back into my programming... sigh. I'll pretend like I love it.
