Had some lifting to do today, then jumped in with the 5:30PM class... good stuff.

Okay, good day for the most part. Maybe because I'm sore, I dunno, the last couple of times I've snatched I've gotten kinda scared of the sets over 140lbs... same thing today.  And I.am.sore...did I mention that?  Phew!  Vacation countdown is ON ... 4 days and counting.
