10-03-11 Monday Week 140

Did a double today... gotta get my O-lifting in. I somehow coerced BJ into lifting at lunchtime with me. Then we came back at 7:30 to "Carse," the hero wod from the mainsite on Saturday.

The lifting went well. We rushed through it because we were hungry -- then waited til the last class of the day to do the hero. I still felt like I had food in my stomach which sucked especially during the bear crawls when your stomach feels like it's above your throat. Not good. Worst part of  "Carse" was that the left side of my back kept seizing up in a spasm. I decided it would likely cease once the workout was over, so I just tried to keep working through it. I definitely could have broken 30 minutes without that damn spasm...
