Brooke, Drew, Tommy ... all in snatch triple extension.
Got together this morning for a trainer wod. No one had a game plan so Tommy served up a short little met-con for us. Drew is visiting from CrossFit Hyperformance in Savannah. Check out their gym (there's a link on the right side of the page ---> ) He snagged himself a qualifying spot at Regionals also, and will be headed out to Cali in July.
