I was instructed to do this at 80% ... honestly, I don't think I'm capable of 80%. It was more like 90ish... my back feels great.

WHAT!?!? You didn't tell me we were suppose to do this WOD yesterday at 80%. I'm pretty sure I was going at 42.865%.
