Not much to say today and no pic -- I left my camera battery charger in Jacksonville and my sister is mailing it to me. Did a late morning workout. Legs already dead from the tabatas yesterday, so I thought I'd mess 'em up even more.

Still taking it sorta easy. Goal today was to keep moving and not rest even if I wasn't moving that fast. Goal met. Legs are now toast.
