Training Log
5 rounds for time:
5 Muscle Ups
8 Unbroken Knees To Elbows
15 Unbroken Burpee Pullups

Brooke came in and did this wod with me... I was still comatose when she finished so I'm not sure what her time was. I was actually assigned 4 muscle-ups each round and accidentally did 5. That's okay. I haven't practiced them in a long time so I need the extra work. Shoulder is feeling awesome.
