02-06-09 Friday, Week 1

Tommy and I go 400 meters with 95/65 # overhead (respectively.)

Tommy's been doing this strength bias program with me. It helps to have someone to go with in the metcons ... someone to chase or someone chasing you can make all the difference. Our plane for Austin and "FilFest" left around 2PM so we had to get both our lifting and metcon done early.

Nope. Grace PR is 3:30 ... no doubt in my mind that had I not just done a jillion front squats, I would have hit a PR.
