Just for recording purposes.Today I did the following20 Min AMRAP-4 Thursters-7 Hang Power Cleans-10 Sumo Deadlift High PullsI got 4 rounds + 1 thruster, and I used 145#.After the first round the thrusters were done one at a time. My HPC's were all unbroken. The SDHP's were more like sumo deadlift high pull with a slight jerk to bring my chest down to the bar.
I'm so glad to see this video, I've been wondering how to kip a Handstand Pushup. Now I'll have to try it!
Man, I hate thursters...
