02-18-09 Rest Day Week 3

Just for recording purposes.

Today I did the following

20 Min AMRAP
-4 Thursters
-7 Hang Power Cleans
-10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

I got 4 rounds + 1 thruster, and I used 145#.

After the first round the thrusters were done one at a time. My HPC's were all unbroken. The SDHP's were more like sumo deadlift high pull with a slight jerk to bring my chest down to the bar.

I'm so glad to see this video, I've been wondering how to kip a Handstand Pushup. Now I'll have to try it!
