Hi Shana, I found your site through the affiliate page today and have enjoyed reading your posts. It looks like you are following a 6 day on, 1 day off program. Thanks, Miranda. Right now we are following the strength bias program and are on a 2 on/1 off--3 on/1 off schedule. So Mon/Tue-on , Wed-off, Thu/Fri/Sat-on, Sun-off.Good luck, and thanks for the support!
