Super happy with my "Nancy" PR. Took more than 90 seconds off... AND I'm still kinda sore from Sunday. This evening after coaching, my knee was bothering me a lot. Almost decided not to work out, but decided it'd be okay since there was no squatting or deep knee flexion. No PR on "Annie" (previous PR 5:51) but I'm still happy with it. I'm just not sure how I can get that workout much faster. My double unders were all unbroken and super fast. The situps were unbroken but I'm a little slow at them. I hate stupid situps.
Danielle gave my left leg the "atomic elbow" after the class so I might be limping for a couple of days, but there was definitely some nasty junk up and downstream from my knee. I am expecting a full recovery by Friday. :o)

Maybe post a video of you doing Annie. See if there are any tips that others could give you on your sit-ups. Are you doing them with your feet weighted? With an abmat? With no weight?
Really enjoy following your progress for the games for the next season. It keeps me motivated for making it to Regionals next year. I'm in ATL for the month of Sept. Going to try and make it to your box for a few WODs.
I seriously was about to blow off Crossfit in order to take a bath, read some more Game of Thrones, and eat 3 cookies... Now I am going.
Thanks for the motivation
Yay! So glad you all are motivated ... and glad you are sharing it with me! Thanks!!
