Dynamic ROM movement including lots of shoulder swinging - some kicking - some deep lunging with deep hip flexion. More quad rolling (it's my problem area.)

Handstand practice with kickups and frog stand balancing <-- I suck at this.
Also did some hip stretching with distraction.

Not even gonna lie, total nausea post workout. I feel like I would have been much faster without the weight vest. I noticed it the most on the burpees... it shifted forward when I bent towards the ground. Ugh. Those last 40 burpees were the devil. I did rip some calluses, but turns out they had other calluses underneath so not too much harm done. I think the humidity + raw steel pullup bars makes for lots of hand rips, some peeps got bloody today. But ultimately, it was grip that got me on the pullups.

Thanks for posting your warmups!
I am at the point where I can get about 5 strict pullups and only 8 kipping. You did this with a freakin weight vest! Total beast!
Looking forward to reading more!
Thanks, Rachel! I remember when I could do zero strict and barely one single kipping pullup ... it wasn't that long ago. :-)
What are frog stand balances???
With all my comments, people probably think I'm the complete Unicorn Fanboi.
But I can't let this post go - I was on the bar across from Shana during this workout, and she's an animal. My hands ripped, I have a mark on my stomach from the band I used for the pullups, and this workout completely gassed me (like all of Shana's programming).
All that and I had to watch as she breezed through it. You may have felt sick after, Shana, but you didn't show it during.
Keep kicking ass, it's very motivational to all of us at the gym to watch how effortlessly you appear to move through these WODs.
