Time -- 13:18Ring rows were the worst part of that workout for me. Once I fail a rep... they are one at a time if I make them legit. The bodyweight stuff is my biggest weakness so I feel pretty good about how I did on this. I'd like to improve my ability to cycle snatches. It just take SO much out of me and I feel like I die too fast... going to have to practice this.
