5 Squat Cleans 100 lbs
7 Burpees
9 Chest to Bar Pullups

Time -- 7:44

Got a little bit of time crunch tonight as is usually the case when I have to edit video. Took rest yesterday -Mondays are NOT good days for me to try to fit in a workout. I'm feeling pretty stoked right now and getting more excited about Quals than scared!
