So, keepin' it real here, folks, the cramps were killing me today. Really thought I was going to ralph after this workout.... Tommy and I are still doing the programming and this one was a killer. Brooke and Jonathan took over and coached the 6:30 class for me so I could workout. Already sore, gonna be worse tomorrow, fo sho.

Weighted Walking Lunges (single 25# DB)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (35# barbell)
Single-arm DB Power Snatch (25# DB, alternate arms each set)
Lunges - 115
SDHP - 100
Dips - 32
Snatches - 81
TOTAL = 328
I'm completely wrecked. The area where improvement is needed is glaringly obvious: FREAKING RING DIPS! I'm blaming the 126 pushups from yesterday...
