05-12-10 Wednesday Week 67

A little preview of the new tat background!

I decided to test my recovery time and do two very taxing wods about 90 minutes apart. Now I am too tired to type anything interesting.

Training Log

200M Farmer Carry w/35's
30 Swings 35#
30 Pushups
30 Squats
200 M Farmer Carry

20 Squats
200 M Farmer Carry
10 Swings
10 Pushups
10 Squats

Time -- 12:18

O. M. G. -- Tommy, Kristine and Matt H. were nice enough to hang out and cheer me on while I did wod #2 ... they left and I laid on the gym floor in front of the fan for about 25 minutes. I was cramping so bad I could not stand up. Finally shut down the gym and headed home for dinner. Coulda been a hair faster on the first wod, but rowing is not my strong point and I may have paced it a little too much.
