Today was team practice for Team CFED .... Spencer showed up for a workout and got suckered into being my partner. It was a good wod!
Teams of 2 do 3 rounds:
1 min for max reps of each exercise (only one team member working at a time)--
Dumbbell Squat Snatch 30lbs/40lbs
Toes to Bar
Chest to bar pullups
Team total - 246 (I think)
Feeling pretty good. Sore still from lots of heavy lifting last week. I will probably workout again tomorrow since Friday was rest. I missed my GA Cup wod but will maybe try to video tomorrow.
