2nd go at Cindy -- 3 rounds +5 pullups + 5 pushups

Tired. Sore. Slow. Wah. Mile run used to consistently be sub-7 minutes. Now it's around 8. Yikes. I have some make-up work to do.

Time flies when you are having fun.
It's awesome to see how you are improving, dealing with set backs, comes back and does great again!
