Holy crap it's week 52. I can't believe it's been a year since I started training for last year's regionals. But it's about that time again. It just seem like the year has flown by.

7 Single-arm Dumbbell Overhead Lunge Steps R-arm 35 lbs
7 Single-arm Dumbbell Overhead Lunge Steps L-arm 35 lbs

No PR's on the front squats today. I am going to blame it on the DOMS. Holy crap am I sore from getting back into the swing of things. It's always worse in my head than it is in actuality, though, and I am just SO glad to be back to working out, sore and all.
