Good times late lifting with the girls. I felt pretty good tonight - God bless rest day.... I know we all went hard on the metcon tonight ... I just wanted to beat Chet - only had him by 9 seconds, apparently. Next time, I'm makin' him do power cleans first!!! I now have the nastiest Helen-cough. Holy cow!!!
