5 Reverse Close Grip (hands touching) Strict Pullups
10 Diamond Pushups
15 Snatch Balance w/empty women's oly bar
Round 4:
5 Muscle ups
5 Ring Dips (counted the 5 dips in the MUs to make 10)
15 Pause Squats w/empty women's oly bar
10 Hip/Back Extensions
10 GHD Situps
