Decided to get up early today and do a morning workout with the 9AM crew. We had a great crew! Jonathan, Buddy, Taylor, Cannon, Matt, new-guy John and I with Hassan coaching us - lil ole me and 7 dudes - I like those odds! ;o)

Oh. my. arse. (Got that word from Michael...) Uh, my butt was sore by evening, which is a bad sign considering it hadn't even been 24 hours! I'm going to have a CrossFit waddle tomorrow, I know!
