Almost got struck by lightning just getting in the car to GO to the gym.... it was still raining a little for all 2000M of running during this workout. Good times with Aimee, Shu, Phil W and Shugs...

Had to Google "inverted burpees"...neat WOD! Outrunning lightening for time is something I haven't seen on main site yet...
