Really wanted to do this wod with one of the classes but instead, I did it after the last class of the day with an audience of approximately 6 (I really think they couldn't walk after their workout...) We finally got slamballs for CFED so of COURSE I had to put them in the wod....

Phew. Lots of pressure with 6 "junior coaches" .... LOVE the new toys! I got a feevuh, and the only prescription is MORE slamballs!! Feeling much better today.
