Not too sore after comp, I guess one day of rest was enough. Might as well dive in to week 82 with a hero wod.

Time -- 18:00
Was aiming for 17ish so somewhat satisfied with 18... the thrusters were harder than I thought - shoulder is still somewhat of an issue mainly on the negative. I am pretty strict with my ROM standards for the pushups, but even so - I feel like they are getting stronger.
