As soon as I hung on the rings, the clip on the right one slipped and it would not hold my weight so I switched to HSPU, which actually felt pretty strong seeing as how I did well over 115 pushups yesterday (not to mention the mountain climbers.) Hips are extremely sore and I'm pleased I was able to do 255 x 3.

neutral spine makes a world of difference! Got two PRs today on deads. Lost that rigid midline but I'll take em! :)
