DLs were 185 lbs.
Rds took approx :50 each.
then...
4 sets of:
500 Meter Row
10 Squat Snatch 75 lbs
30 Double-Unders
Rest 4:00
Times -- 4:23 / 4:13 / 4:32 / 5:47
Absolutely lethargic today. It was all I could do to finish that last round and not kill someone. Was pretty much in a coma for the rest of the day.
