I didn't work out yesterday. Tommy is sad.
I am feeling so tortured right now. I started feeling a sinus infection coming on late this week and made the decision not to workout on Saturday. It's the worst feeling ever. I HATE being sick!! And I don't hate being sick because I feel sick - I hate it because I can't workout! AUGH! I'm afraid that if I ignore common sense and workout anyway it will take me longer to get better -but I am literally driving myself crazy itching to get into the gym. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise as I suspect my left shoulder needed a little rest as well - it's been bothering me.

I think you made the right call, Shana. Besides, you did what you thought was best, and you always tell me to just do my best...that's all anyone can ask.
