10 minute AMRAPSpending a few days in Birmingham at got my workouts in at Iron Tribe Fitness - Luan, Forrest, Tra and Aaron were wonderful hosts. Also ran into Josh and Kelsey from Charlotte while they were in town. It's a great thing to travel and meet lots of awesome CrossFit peeps. It's like having family everywhere!
