Run 400
Lifting
Snatch - warm up, then 5 sets of 3 reps at 120 lbs
Clean & Jerk - 5 sets of 3 at 145 lbs
Front Squat - 5 sets of 3 at 160 lbs
Snatch Deadlift- 3 sets of 5 at 165 lbs
Skills
1 strict muscle up w/strict negative every :30 for 10 sets.
Easy day. Except that all the lifting took me like 2 hours!
